ICT Control in the Department of Finance is responsible for the approval and monitoring of ICT-related expenditure. Its remit extends to all Departments\Offices; the Education and Local Authority Sectors; and all Non-Commercial Semi-State Bodies.

Currently the website www.ict.gov.ie is available only to non-commercial public service organisations who are connected to the Government Networks*.

If your organisation is not connected to GN it is recommended that you contact your organisation's parent department to arrange access to www.ict.gov.ie through the parent department's GN connection

 

*Government networks is a private, managed, wide area network (WAN) connecting public service agencies on a data, voice and video capable network.
